Return & Refund Policy:

Refunds:  Systems and Pod Packs that are unopened/unused are eligible for a full refund if return is requested within 30 days of receipt of the order.  For Refund requests, email the Order number and details of your inquiry to EasyShakeTeam@gmail.com

Returns & Repairs (after 30 days): We want you to be happy with your EasyShake purchase, and feel good about your new healthy habits.  If you have any questions, accidentally break something, or are otherwise experiencing issues with your EasyShake System or Pod Pack order, please email the details of the inquiry and the purchase description with your name & contact information to EasyShakeTeam@gmail.com and we'll respond within 3 business days with your support ticket number. 

We want to help however we can!  A member of the EasyShake team will respond to your inquiry in 1-3 business days.
