1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The EasyShake Protein Pod Survey Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 9:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on August 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on December 1, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Healthy Concepts doing business as EasyShake ("Sponsor"), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and households are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Primary Entry Method: To enter, complete and submit the EasyShake Protein Pod Profile Survey located at https://theeasyshake.com/pages/survey during the Sweepstakes Period. The survey must be completed in its entirety to constitute a valid entry.

Alternate Method of Entry (No Survey Required): To enter without completing the survey, hand-print your name, complete address, phone number, email address, and age on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: Healthy Concepts, EasyShake Sweepstakes, 1216 MANHATTAN BEACH BLVD, APT F, MANHATTAN BEACH CA 90266-5245. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2025 and received by December 8, 2025.

Entry Limitations: Limit one (1) entry per person/email address/household during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

4. PRIZES

Grand Prizes: Four (4) Grand Prize winners will each receive:

 - One (1) EasyShake Machine (Approximate Retail Value: $179.99)
 - One-year supply of EasyShake Protein Pods (Approximate Retail Value: $850)
- Total Approximate Retail Value per Grand Prize: $1030.00
- Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $4,120

Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution or equivalent will be allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. All other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein are the winner's responsibility.


5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Four (4) potential Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about December 15, 2025 by Sponsor or its authorized representative, whose decisions are final and binding.

Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. Each potential winner will be required to respond to notification within three (3) business days of attempted notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of first notification attempt, or fails to timely respond, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

Winner Verification: Before being declared a winner, each potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) publicity release within five (5) business days of notification. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor has the right to contact them via email for future marketing purposes (entrants may opt-out at any time).

Winners' List: For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Healthy Concepts, EasyShake Sweepstakes Winners, 1216 MANHATTAN BEACH BLVD APT F, MANHATTAN BEACH, CA 90266-5245. Requests must be received by January 31, 2026.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

Survey responses and personal information collected will be used to improve EasyShake products and services. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of personal information for sweepstakes administration and future product development communications. Email addresses collected may be used for future marketing communications, but entrants may opt-out at any time.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use each winner’s names, likeness, prize information, and entry materials for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, including without limitation property damage, personal injury, or death.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

11. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be instituted only in the courts of California, and participants consent to jurisdiction there and waive any objection to such location.

12. MODIFICATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsor may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the event requiring such action.
